"We know that a supportive environment that combines a focus on wellbeing with a focus on learning is optimal – without one, the other will not happen." - Queensland Department of Education

At Bright Hearts Yoga, we believe every child has the potential to shine, radiating well-being, happiness, and a love of life.

But modern life is making this harder than ever. Social media, academic pressures, technology, poor diet, and reduced physical movement all taking a toll on children’s wellbeing. This is showing up in schools as challenging behaviour, and is affecting young people’s experience of learning.

Our School Yoga Programmes give children and teens practical tools to regulate emotions, improve focus, boost self-esteem, and care for their bodies, laying the foundations for a happy, healthy and purposeful life.

We offer term-based programmes and one-off incursions in primary and secondary schools, tailoring our classes to meet the specific needs of your students and your staff.

  • Year 5 and 6 students feeling anxious about exams or transitioning to high school.

  • Year 3 and 4 students pushing boundaries and displaying challenging behaviours.

  • Year 1 and 2 students struggling to navigate friendships and increasing academic demands.

  • Prep children finding it difficult to regulate emotions.

Bright Hearts Yoga can help!

Do these sound familiar?
